Free Shipping, for Starters!

  • My Shop is brand new and we are slowly adding and adapting features. Shipping methods and costs may change at any time without notice.
  • Currently it’s FREE SHIPPING by US Postal Service, just to the contiguous United States. (If you want delivery in Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories, please email me so I may determine reasonable shipping costs. I do not ship internationally at this time.)
  • I will securely wrap and pack your purchase. I often re-use packing materials and have years of good delivery experiences.
  • All shipments are insured for their full value.
  • I will email you with packing and estimated shipping date and the tracking number once shipped.
  • Please allow up to 21 business days from paid purchase to delivery – although it will often be speedier.
  • If you need to specify another method of shipping and delivery, please contact me for a custom shipping quote, payable beforehand.


  • Your artwork will be in perfect as-I-made-it condition when I ship it. May it arrive that way and live long and prosper in your care!
  • If, however, there is some damage, please save all the packing and box, along with the artwork, taking photos.
  • Follow the instructions to file an online claim with the USPS website. (Or will other shipper, if used.)
  • Do not delay making a claim, as there are time limitations.
  • USPS (or other shipper) will determine the amount of the claim refund and will issue it, and not Liz Crain Ceramics.
  • There are no exceptions to this policy.


  • If, for some reason, you want to return or exchange your artwork, please let me know as soon as possible within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email to discuss your concerns and preferences.
  • If a return or exchange is possible, you will need to return the work in clean and perfect condition, as you received it.
  • Any Return Packing and Shipping costs are at your expense and you must purchase adequate insurance.
  • A refund will be issued within 7 days of the work arriving safely and in perfect condition back in my studio.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for Refunds or Exchanges.
